Venice Studio With Outdoor Cabana sleeps 2

This quaint studio sleeps 2 however can sleep up to 4 people. It offers all the amenities of home while being in proximity to the beach and all your local shopping needs. Indoor/outdoor living is what this property is known for, with a large covered cabana and bbq in the over-sized private backyard to sit outside and socialize. 

Inside the unit you have a small kitchen, a luxurious master bath with his and her sinks, large Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower with multiple heads. There's a comfortable king size bed for a restful night's sleep along with a queen size sleeper sofa. The fixed rate is based on occupancy of 2 people however, the unit can sleep up to 4 people but there would be an extra cost. (please make your request to the the property owner). This space is also equipped with air-conditioning and heating as well as a fireplace.

No unpaid visitors/guests allowed on the property.  

Dogs , cats and additional guests: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee($35 per night).

Parking: This home is located on a dead-end street with free street parking up and down the street. Private parking is available at a cost.

 Parties are not allowed for various reasons which include but are not limited to: Small gatherings, loud music, loud voices/yelling, disturbing the neighbors and injury. After 9PM, any and all interaction must be inside with all the outside doors.Guest agrees not to bring in any outside speakers/subwoofers and will not crank up the music so it can be heard outside.

Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm.  Check-out time is at 10am.  Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check-outs.  One of our associates will meet you at the property for a required inspection upon check-out

Smoking is allowed outside on patios and decks.
