This listing is for the 1st Floor of "Dream Home" -- an ideally located 2 bedroom (with 3rd bedroom livingroom conversion) and 2 bath home with a plasma television and fireplace.

This beautiful spacious home has a chief's kitchen as well as much more. It is for 4 people however, additional guests can be added.

Just a 5 minute drive to the Venice Beach Boardwalk (5/8 of a mile) and about 10 minutes to Santa Monica and Culver City!

The 2nd living room has been converted into a 3rd bedroom however, you still would have the family room available for socializing.  This property sleeps a maximum of 8 people (extra feee for additional guests).

Pets: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee.

Parking: This home is located on a dead end street with free street parking up and down the street.

Master Suite: King bed (sleeps up to 2)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed , small sofa (sleeps up to 3)

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen air mattress, 2 Twin Beds  (sleeps 4) 

Living room: (sofa sleeps 2)

This is not a Party House: Parties are not allowed for reasons including but not limited to small gatherings, loud music, loud voices/yelling, smoking (only outside), disturbing the neighbors and injury. Small gatherings may be OK with prior permission from the owner and all guest must be considerate of the neighbors.

Smoking is allowed on all patio/decks  

No unpaid visitors/guests allowed on the property.  

Dogs , cats and additional guests: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee($35 per night).

Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm. 

Check-out time is at 10am.  Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check-outs.  One of our associates will meet you at the property for a required inspection upon check-out.
